What Are They?

FOPS Tents are three self catering, self-serviced “pre-erected’ safari tents that are available to FOPS members only. They are made of thick canvas material & s erected on cement slabs, situated under the shade of many Acacia trees.

Please  obtain the combination code  for the tent you have booked  from Lindy, before you arrive from Lindy. (Note the codes change often so the  check before you arrive you have the correct code)

Please clean up after your stay  (the tents are not serviced)  leaving them clean & tidy for the next members’ use.

Where are they?

Situated at Manyane camp at the Pilansberg Game Reserve, inside the camping area of Manyane in their own private area by the caravan superette.

Facilities?

- Two beds (Bring own bedding)
- The tents are fully electrified with bedside lamp and outside veranda light
- Every tent has a braai facility (Bring your own grid)
- There are a set of drawers in the tents for clothing etc.
- Table and 4 chairs
- Tents are NOT serviced, so please ensure you clean up behind yourself, and leave them as you would like to find them.

Cost?

R150.00 per night, per tent which sleeps 2 people.
Payment for tents to be made directly into our bank account. Tent bookings are only confirmed once proof of payment has been received.  When paying please ensure you put your name & tents i.e. YOURNAMETents as reference so that we are able to track your payment.

When we get there?

-When you arrive at the gate, tell the guard that you are going to the FOPS safari tents
-Every tent has a combination lock, which you need to get from Lindy before you arrive.  Please call minimum 24hours before to get the code during business hours.
-Sign in the Guest book in the tent and please note if everything is there
-We ask you to clean the tents when leaving to the same state as you found it.
