Our Membership Rates for the 2010/2011 season are as follows:

Family membership- with children under 18years = R180
Single Person = R150

Membership is due for renewal end  July 2010 for the 2010/2011 year.

How to join:

1. Complete the application form
2. Click submit.
3. Pay membership fee & send proof of payment via Email OR Fax to : secretary@fops.org.za; or
   086 644 2477

When submitted payment please put your surname and ‘new’ as reference.  Renewal payments quote your surname and membership number so payment can be processed.
